VAG 1.4 TDI Valve Cover Diaphragm – PCV Membrane (045103469G • 045103469E • 045103469J)

This diaphragm is a replacement component for the valve cover PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system used in VAG Group 1.4 TDI diesel engines (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and Škoda).

Over time, the original membrane may become hardened, lose its flexibility or tear due to exposure to high temperatures, oil vapour and engine gases. This can affect the proper operation of the PCV system and lead to excessive crankcase pressure, engine blow-by and unstable idling.

This replacement membrane allows the PCV system to be restored to proper working condition without the need to replace the complete valve cover.
